Support Diversified Housing Development and give yourself a tax credit !
Through the Community Investment Tax Credit (CITC) program, businesses and individuals can significantly reduce their Maryland tax liability and help Diversified Housing Development, Inc assist home buyers with their pre purchase as well as post purchase needs.
“Businesses and individuals that donate to DHD can earn tax credits that equal to 50% of the value of the money, goods or real property contribution. These tax credits are in addition to the deductions on both Federal and State taxes as a result of the charitable contribution. ” Division of Neighborhood Revitalization at the Department of Housing and Community Development.
When a business (doing business in Maryland) or individual (domiciled in Maryland) donates $500 or more, they receive state tax credits over and above the typical tax deduction benefits that come with charitable giving.

A copy of our current financial statement is available upon request at 8311 Liberty Road Windsor Mill, MD 21244. Documents submitted to the State of Maryland are available from the Office of the Secretary of State for the cost of copying and postage. |
